Job summary

i2G Systems in Ohio is seeking a Site Lead/Senior Technician to manage the installation and integration of security solutions for new and existing clients. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure project success and timely completion.

The role requires 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems; Lenel and Genetec preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and controlling documents.
• Experience coordinating multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal communications.
• Coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read drawings, specs, and controlling documents; maintain documentation.
• Install and train on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties.
• Document project changes and implement them.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Lenel and Genetec knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of electronic security systems and installation labor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Creative and resourceful in uncommon solutions.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with strong client satisfaction.
