Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Technician I - Security Systems to join our on-site team in Utah. The role involves installing card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion systems, following engineered drawings and manufacturer requirements.

The candidate will assist with timekeeping, work orders and other documentation, while complying with safety standards and company policies. A minimum of one year in security systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in commercial security systems or related telecommunications field.
• Must be able to learn company/industry codes.
• Must be proficient with listed tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must read blueprints and project documents including specifications and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install security systems (card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion) per manufacturer drawings.
• Assist in completing timesheets, work orders and change orders on time.
• Adhere to company, customer and industry safety standards and regulations.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
