Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Physical Security Hardware Specialist in Memphis to install and maintain access control and CCTV systems across multiple facilities. You will troubleshoot hardware, assist in installations, and help develop standard operating procedures for security technology.

The role requires experience with Lenel/Avigilon systems, strong hands-on skills with power tools, and the ability to work in tight spaces and at height. Travel up to 35% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV, access control and intrusion systems or similar security tech.
• Ability to read operating system schematics and drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 35% of time.
• Must pass background screening for DoD facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install access control, CCTV, and other security platforms.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair security hardware and instrumentation.
• Assist in job walks and determine needs for new installations and redesigns.
• Process work orders and support (Facilities, IT) tickets.
• Develop procedures to streamline security technology use and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and security staff on installations.
