Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four (4) years of related physical security experience preferred.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm technologies; knowledge of risk management helpful.
• Ability to administer and troubleshoot security systems across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain physical security and fire alarm systems across City facilities.
• Deploy, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot security and fire system hardware, software, and back-end infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with city standards.
• Oversee contractors and vendors, and manage documentation and records.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning, testing, and maintenance; support development of security programs.
