Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly skilled Systems Security Engineer to strengthen DoD RMF compliant environments. You will design secure architectures, apply automation, and support accreditation activities onsite in Binghamton, NY, with a mandatory SECRET clearance.

You will work across Windows and Linux, manage AD/VMware, and implement secure baseline configurations, including IaC artifacts and RMF-related documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 5+ years experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance is required.
• RMF experience and Windows/Linux administration required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain secure system architectures meeting DoD RMF requirements.
• Engineer and harden enterprise network and system solutions for security and performance.
• Configure Windows and Linux environments with secure baselines and automation.
