Job summary

Hirsch is seeking a Professional Service Systems Engineer to coordinate integration services and provide specialized support to Hirsch SLA customers. The role serves as a remote and onsite technical resource for US and EMEA customers, handling implementation services, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting while managing hot issues and customer expectations.

Candidates should be able to travel up to 50% and work remote, with strong problem-solving, communications, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on involvement for technical installation and configuration of Hirsch products.
• Conduct CSMS (Cybersecurity Management System) tasks, including deployment, monitoring, and improvement of security protocols.
• Perform regular cybersecurity scanning, analyze vulnerabilities, and document findings and remediation steps.
• Provide coaching for the customer-identified resource(s) who will be running day-to-day operation of the products.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to customers.
