Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) is seeking a Physical Security Systems Engineer to support and manage integrated physical security hardware, software, and technology across ICE offices.

The role involves day-to-day support, troubleshooting, deployments, and occasional on-site travel. The successful candidate will work with the Physical Security Systems team to implement upgrades, document procedures, and maintain system health while ensuring security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field.
• Experience with Physical Security Systems & Security Surveillance Support and/or certifications.
• Experience with Active Directory and troubleshooting Windows desktop, physical and virtual server environments; basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs).
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS; strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Copilot).
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset; able to follow procedures, document work, and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in design, deployment, and management of integrated physical and technical security systems.
• Support execution of physical security projects by completing tasks per plans and timelines.
• Provide day-to-day hardware, software, network, and basic server support for enterprise security systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and deploy across team platforms; monitor and resolve incidents.
• Create and update knowledge base articles; document resolutions and procedures.
