Human Capital Solutions seeks a Security Sales Design Engineer in New York to lead technical design during the sales cycle, translating client needs into layouts, schedules, and proposals. You’ll collaborate with architects and engineers on multi-discipline projects and help shape winning bids.

A two-year degree minimum and IT/network experience are preferred; AutoCAD and Excel proficiency are a plus. This role focuses on delivering accurate, constructible designs and clear documentation to

Competenze

• Two-year degree minimum; four-year degree in engineering, electronics, or related area is a plus.
• Certifications from leading security platform manufacturers are a strong advantage.
• Comfort using AutoCAD or similar drafting software and solid Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Walk client sites to assess current infrastructure and future goals.
• Create early-stage system layouts, equipment schedules, and construction-ready drawings.
• Prepare budget estimates for client planning before final design.
• Assemble full proposal packages after internal approval.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other trades on coordinated designs.
• Maintain client and internal designer communications to align expectations.
• Assist delivery team in verifying installed systems meet design.
• Collaborate with AV and security engineering peers on multi-discipline projects.
• Share learnings from bids with sales and technical teams.
• Keep up with new platforms and industry trends.
