Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Project Superintendent - Construction to lead onsite execution of electronic security system installations. You will supervise field teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery from mobilization through commissioning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license or access to a vehicle.
• Minimum 3 years in construction, security integration, or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for installation and integration of security systems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 90% for field-based work across sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environments and in extended schedules.
• Safety-focused with ability to enforce OSHA standards and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of electronic security projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and schedules.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and materials with the Project Manager.
• Serve as the primary field liaison between customer, general contractor, inspectors, and project team.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Oversee site logistics, workforce planning, material coordination, and installation sequencing.
• Monitor project costs, procurement, budgeting, and change management activities.
• Manage RFIs, field documentation, daily reports, punch lists, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance for turnover.
