Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting production systems.
• Ability to manage incident response with measured SLA-aware processes.
• Ability to write and follow runbooks for on-call scenarios.
• Proven track record in enterprise security operations and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage security-related acceptance criteria across estates.
• Lead remediation and patch cycles without downtime.
• Drive incident response and vendor coordination to resolution.
• Develop and maintain runbooks for on-call use across multiple campuses.
