Fluidstack is seeking a security-focused engineer to own the security program across large-scale AI infrastructure. You will drive incident response, policy development, and end-to-end remediation of security events while managing a fleet spanning campuses.

You will implement runbooks and standards, reduce manual work, and push vendor and integrator resolutions with urgency. This role requires production Windows Server expertise, AD, and scripting to automate defenses.

Qualifikationen

• Maintains production Windows Server environments and directory services.
• Manages incident response and escalation with urgency.
• Runs patch and firmware campaigns across a fleet of devices and servers.
• Owns playbooks and standard operating procedures for security ops.

• Define acceptance criteria for new security deployments and oversee turnover to operations.
• Remediate devices across cameras, readers, and controllers within service targets.
• Lead firmware and patch cycles across a distributed campus estate.
• Lead incident response when systems fail and drive vendor resolution to closure.
• Eliminate manual processes in favor of automated, scalable security practices.
• Create runbooks and standards applicable at every site to reduce headcount dependence.
