We seek engineers who design end-to-end security control planes, automate identity provisioning, and implement reproducible, auditable systems across campuses. Join a team that values autonomy, urgency, first principles, and impactful work.

Qualifications

• You've designed and run a production virtualization and clustered storage platform and can walk through a tested failover.
• You've been the design authority on an architecture other people built against and can explain unwind costs.
• You've owned database high availability and recovery with proven backups.
• You run PKI and certificate lifecycle as automation, so expiry is a solved problem.
• You've integrated identity systems so provisioning and deprovisioning happen without user intervention.
• You've replaced a vendor-managed or hand-built system with something reproducible.
• You write code and scripts as a normal part of the job, not as an occasional exception.
• Bonus: Experience with Genetec Security Center, Milestone, Lenel and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the security control plane end to end for the platform.
• Build and operate that control plane across sites, with on-prem and cloud-backed management.
• Own PKI and certificate lifecycle management across the fleet.
• Develop integrations, APIs, and monitoring to detect degradation before tickets arise.
• Ensure infrastructure remains versioned, reproducible, and recoverable.
