Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is seeking a Security Supervisor to support the Security Manager and oversee day-to-day security operations for the property. You will lead a team of security officers, respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and ensure guest and associate safety, enforcing hotel policies and coordinating with local law enforcement as needed.

This role requires at least 1 year of security experience in hotels, strong English communication, and flexibility to work weekdays,

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of security experience, preferably in hotels and supervisory roles.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ethical judgment and professional conduct.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a safe, organized manner and multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Must be flexible with schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of security officers.
• Serve as main contact when the Director of Security is off-site.
• Provide training and coaching as needed.
• Protect guests, patrons, associates, and property; enforce hotel policies.
• Promote safety awareness and reduce incidents through training.
• Respond to emergency calls and support Fire/Life Safety procedures.
• Patrol premises and address safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Maintain incident reports and assist investigations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and hotel partners as needed.
