Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Security Supervisor to support the Security Manager and oversee the day-to-day security operations of the property. You will lead a team of security officers, ensure the safety of guests, colleagues and the building, and enforce hotel rules and procedures.

The role requires coordinating emergency responses, conducting investigations, writing incident reports, and liaising with law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of security experience, preferably in hotels and supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical approach to outcomes.
• Fluent English; ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of security officers.
• Main contact when Director of Security is not on property.
• Facilitate training and coaching as needed.
• Ensure protection of guests, associates, and property; enforce rules and policies.
• Promote safety awareness and loss prevention through training.
• Respond to emergency calls and assist Fire Command center when needed.
• Patrol building; identify and correct hazards.
• Maintain security policies and incident documentation.
• Liaise with law enforcement, city and hotel associations.
• Manage incident reports and investigations; support liability reporting.
