Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. seeks a Security Supervisor to support the Director of Security and Security Manager in the day-to-day operation of the safety and security department at the Radisson Blu Mall of America.

As a Security Supervisor, you will lead the security team on shift, respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, and ensure guest and staff safety while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year security supervisory experience.
• Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook.
• High-volume environment and customer-service oriented.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform lead/supervisory function to insure delivery of quality service and maintain morale.
• Prepare for and conduct pass down.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Investigate and document all incidents.
• Provide leadership to ensure efficient department operations.
• Support management and subordinates.
• Be first contact for emergency agencies.
• Notify management of major incidents.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Work varying shifts to meet business needs.
