Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Nashville, TN. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, and training to ensure contractual compliance and quality of service.

The candidate will manage payroll, incident reports, and post orders, while ensuring required training and licensing standards are met. A high school diploma is required with supervisory security experience or military background preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry OR Service in military/auxiliary police.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect personnel and performance for contract compliance and quality of service.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
