Qualifications

• 2+ years of security experience in hotel or related field.
• Experience in investigations and security reporting.
• Knowledge of alarms, surveillance, and recording systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform oversight audits of all security-related vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify vulnerabilities in security, operations and personnel and propose remedies.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed and tracked to resolution.
• Develop and implement security education and motivation programs for staff.
• Track and investigate losses; provide timely investigative reports to management.
• Build relationships with law enforcement; review renovation plans for compliance.
