Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid NYS Security License, Fire Guard Certification (F02) and a Certificate of Fitness (F80) required.
• 3–5 years of security and management experience preferred.
• DHS 40-hour training within 1 week of employment.
• Able to make clear decisions under pressure and communicate effectively.
• Willing to be certified in First Aid/CPR.
• Available for extended hours when needed.
• Able to perform physical activities such as running and lifting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
