Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Security Guard Supervisor for its Supportive Housing program in Brooklyn, NY. The role oversees daily security operations, ensures client safety, and coordinates staff performance while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The position reports to the Program Director of Security and requires a Security License and a high school diploma or GED. The candidate will manage staffing, conduct timekeeping and performance reviews, and respond to incidents as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Basic analytical & math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility/operations-related staff and services on a day-to-day basis.
• Communicate effectively with clients, direct reporting staff, peers, and supervisors.
• Prepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff and review timesheets.
• Ensure safety and security of operations and compliance with security policies.
• Respond to complaints, incidents, and emergencies and document outcomes.
