Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team of Security Officers and ensure a secure, welcoming environment for residents. Under the Security and Emergency Services Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, respond to incidents, and mentor staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of public safety supervisory experience, 1 year in an Emergency Responder role, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $29.00–$31.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in public safety supervisory roles.
• 1+ year experience in an Emergency Responder role.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Security Officers and supervise daily operations.
• Protect residents and guests, monitoring access and patrols.
• Coordinate safety programs, inspections, and incident reporting.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff.
• Develop schedules, approve timesheets, and manage performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and effective communication to staff.
