Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's La Quinta Resort and Club is seeking a highly engaging Security Supervisor to lead a team and safeguard guests, employees, and property while maintaining first-rate service.

The role requires at least two years of security or police experience, preferably in hospitality; a Guard Card is required. You will respond to emergencies, participate in safety programs, and help maintain a welcoming, secure environment.

Qualifications

• Guard Card required.
• 2 years security or police experience, preferably in hospitality.
• 2 years of college in safety, security or hospitality discipline.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety policies and procedures with professionalism and teamwork.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and associates.
• Recruit, hire and train Security team to uphold high safety standards.
• Reduce crime opportunities through preventive patrol and high visibility.
• Complete all Daily Activity and Incident Reports and assist in security programs.
