Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality at the La Quinta Resort and Club is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team dedicated to guest and employee safety. You will implement safety procedures, maintain high professionalism, and support departments to ensure service excellence across the property.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, security or police experience, First Aid/CPR certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some hospitality or purchasing experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of security or police experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Two years of college in safety, security or hospitality discipline.
• Guard Card required.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred (instructor rating).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety policies and procedures of the property and Benchmark with professionalism.
• Recruit, hire and train Security team; maintain high safety standards.
• Respond to emergencies and support guest and employee safety.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports; ensure liquor-law compliance.
• Develop and present security-related programs; review security records.
