Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Security professional for its property to enforce safety policies, train the security team, and respond to incidents. The role emphasizes protecting guests and employees, maintaining a safe environment, and upholding high standards of service within the hotel setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years in safety or hospitality, a Guard Card, and First Aid/CPR certification, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years college in safety, security or hospitality preferred.
• Guard Card required.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out safety policies and procedures of the property and Benchmark with professionalism and teamwork.
• Follow safety procedures for a safe environment for guests and associates.
• Recruit, hire and train Security team to uphold high safety standards.
• Reduce opportunities for crime with preventive patrol and visible security presence.
• Promote and preserve a peaceful, non-threatening environment for guests and employees.
• Assist in emergencies and follow Emergencies Service Procedures of the property.
• Protect guest and employee information in reports and operations.
• Complete Daily Activity and Incident Reports and support security programs.
