Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Security Guard Supervisor at our Brooklyn location to oversee daily security operations across CAMBA programs, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high service standards.

The role requires two years' experience and at least one year in supervision, with a NYS Security License. You will lead staff, respond to incidents, maintain records, and report to the Program Director of Security.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Basic analytical & math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility staff and services daily.
• Meet client goals and performance targets.
• Comply with security and privacy policies.
• Communicate with clients, staff, peers, and supervisors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across Supportive Housing sites.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels for safety.
• Oversee security equipment inventory.
• Prepare performance appraisals for staff.
• Document incidents and report to management and funders.
• Monitor safety and security of the facility daily.
• Lead program meetings as requested.
• As mandated reporter, report suspected abuse/neglect.
• Other duties as assigned.
