Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Program Director of Security and Operations in Bronx, NY. You will supervise security operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate reporting to management and funders.

The role requires strong leadership, crisis management, and policy implementation to maintain a safe, compliant environment for CAMBA programs. The position is full-time (35 hours per week) with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Basic analytical and math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, City, and CAMBA security and privacy policies.
• Report significant events to VP/EVP and funders as required.
• Oversee security operations at CAMBA sites and ensure safety of operations.
• Coordinate reports for management and funders on a regular basis.
• Lead program meetings and communicate policies and performance targets.
• Provide crisis prevention/intervention strategies and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage staff performance, time sheets, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to complaints and incidents professionally and document outcomes.
