Qualifications

• Must obtain 16-hour On-the-Job security guard training course certificate.
• Must complete 8-hour Annual In-Service Course each calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the security of the entire facility.
• Patrol buildings and grounds of facilities.
• Conduct fire safety patrol and report findings.
• Sample tenant behavior observations and report irregularities.
