Lucky Star Casino in Clinton, OK is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations on day and swing shifts. The role reports to the Security Manager and is a safety-sensitive position focused on protecting guests, staff, and property.

Responsibilities include organizing security team activities, proposing policy improvements, coordinating manpower and equipment, and assisting investigations as needed while maintaining strong customer service and compliance with licensing

• Minimum high school education; some college preferred.
• At least 3 years in security-related field.
• Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of security equipment and internal controls.

Security Supervisor (2) Day and Swing Shift

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Security Supervisor reports to the Security Manager. The Security Supervisor Position is considered a Safety Sensitive Position. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating security personnel activities on daily basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To organize and assign work activities of security personnel.
• To recommend changes in policy and procedures to insure security.
• To prepare proposals for manpower and equipment needs.
• To assist customers, personnel investigating criminal violations where this condition arises.
• Other duties as assigned.

AUTHORITY AND SUPERVISION CAPACITY:

• To supervise all security personnel to insure that the facility is adequately secured.
• To review all disciplinary actions given to employees
• To approve or disapprove any employee request for vacation, sick leave, or leave of absence.
• To ensure all employees are being treated equally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum high school education (prefer some college education).
• Minimum 3 years past experience in security related field.
• Good working knowledge of security equipment.
• Able to communicate well with people both oral and written.
• Good understanding of management practices and internal controls.
• Background in training and instructing.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• Prepared to submit to background check and random drug testing.
• Dependable transportation.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming License.
