Pay Range

This range is provided by Front Porch Communities & Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $30.43/hr - $42.94/hr

Summary

This position oversees and manages the security department operations for the facility. It involves directing security personnel, protecting staff and residents from threats such as fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry, and maintaining effective security procedures. The role requires less than 3 points meeting company driving standards to be an authorized driver of company vehicles.

Qualifications

Essential Credentials

• First Aid certificate
• CPR certificate
• Class C California driver’s license

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
• Problem-solving skills involving concrete variables
