Royal Palm South Beach Miami is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead security operations and ensure the safety of guests and team members. This role demands leadership and the ability to maintain high security standards within an exciting and transformative environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience in security or law enforcement, strong report writing skills, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years prior supervisory position in security/law enforcement, hotel preferred
• CPR Certification
• Strong report writing of investigations and incidents
• The ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical data
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office to perform budgeting, payroll, and other communications Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and motivate staff
• Knowledgeable of fire, security, and keyless access systems
• Requires grasping, extensive walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, smelling and visual acuity
