Eden Roc Miami Beach is seeking a skilled Security Guard to safeguard guests and team members on our iconic oceanfront property. You will monitor the premises, respond to incidents promptly, and maintain a visible, reassuring presence across a fast-paced resort.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, hotel/security experience preferred, strong English communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security/hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures; CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
