The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach is seeking a skilled Security Guard to safeguard guests and staff and maintain a safe property environment. The role requires vigilance, clear communication, and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents to ensure exceptional service and safety.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and fluency in English, with preferred CPR/first aid knowledge and prior hotel security experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security/law enforcement experience, hotel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
