The Don CeSar, a luxury resort on St. Pete Beach, Florida, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Security Guard to ensure guest and staff safety and security.

The role requires a strong work ethic, clear communication, and the ability to act quickly in high-stress situations. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, security experience preferred, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team! As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly in high-stress situations.
