Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate daily security operations on a construction site in Texas. You will supervise Security Officers, ensure policy and client compliance, and assist with scheduling, inspections, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry or related field.
• Must possess a current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Unarmed Security License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with staff, management, and clients.
• Knowledge of access control, visitor management, and incident response protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Security Officers to ensure post orders are followed.
• Assist the Account Manager with scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping to maintain site coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure officers are properly uniformed and equipped.
• Monitor access control procedures, visitor logs, and vehicle entry per client protocols.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, providing leadership during critical situations.
• Prepare, review, and submit incident reports and daily logs on time.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new security personnel.
• Maintain professional communication with the client, Account Manager, and site personnel.
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying hazards and unsafe practices.
• Ensure adherence to company and client standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service.

Position Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the coordination and oversight of all security operations. This position provides daily supervision to Security Officers, ensuring compliance with Prosegur policies, client requirements, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor supports the Account Manager in maintaining operational effectiveness, quality assurance, and a secure environment for all personnel, equipment, and property on site.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced construction setting.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assigned Security Officers to ensure all post orders and procedures are followed.
• Assist the Account Manager with scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping to maintain continuous site coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure officers are properly uniformed, equipped, and performing duties as required.
• Monitor access control procedures, visitor logs, and vehicle entry in compliance with client security protocols.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, providing leadership and direction during critical situations.
• Prepare, review, and submit incident reports, daily logs, and other documentation accurately and on time.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of new security personnel.
• Maintain professional communication with the client, Account Manager, and site personnel to address issues promptly.
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying and reporting potential hazards or unsafe practices.
• Ensure adherence to company and client standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager or General Manager.

1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the security industry or related field.

• Must possess a current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Unarmed Security License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, management, and clients.
• Knowledge of access control, visitor management, and incident response protocols.
• Basic computer proficiency and report-writing skills.
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug screening.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions typical of a construction environment.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in both routine and emergency situations.
