Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for customers and employees in our client locations in Texas.

You will perform general unarmed security duties, monitor access points, verify IDs, and maintain accurate logs while delivering professional service. The role requires a Texas Level II non-commissioned license, reliable communication skills, and the ability to work in all weather with open availability.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License.
• 18+ years old with a HS Diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Open availability and willingness to participate in screening.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general unarmed security duties to our clients.
• MUST HAVE a Valid/Current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Monitor and control access points to the facility
• Verify identification and credentials of employees, visitors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• MUST HAVE a Valid/Current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
