Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a responsible Security Supervisor to help ensure safety and security at client premises in the United States. The ideal candidate is alert, professional, and reliable, with a solid work ethic and team spirit.

Responsibilities include monitoring premises, preparing detailed reports, coordinating schedules, reviewing security logs, and maintaining a visible, professional presence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to stand or walk during patrols.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Fill out reports with high level of detail.
• Make weekly schedules.
• Review reports and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with computer.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes.
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
• Use the provided software to annotate events during shift.
• Make regular trips around the property and scan pre-determined points as directed by management.
• Work as part of a team.
• Complete weekly payroll.
• Complete interviews and hiring process for new employees.

Schedule Hours

Monday-Friday-7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am (will have days off)

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Meet and continuously maintain grooming standards.
• Have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license.
