Job summary

Apple's Service Engineering (ASE) team builds and maintains the security-focused infrastructure powering iCloud, Siri, Maps, and more. We seek a Security Site Reliability Engineer to ensure security, reliability, and scalability of services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement minimum security baselines and automation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an SRE infrastructure-focused role.
• Experience in at least one of: Python, Golang, Java, Rust, C# or C++.
• Deep knowledge of Linux security primitives, packaging, container security and SELinux.
• Strong understanding of OS concepts including multi-threading, memory management, networking and storage, performance and scale.
• Experience running Tier 1 services for 24/7 support.
