Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state licensure or legal requirements as applicable.

• Ability to operate multiple frequency devices and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, welcoming guest experience and assist guests in finding what they need.
• Respond to security incidents and document cases promptly.
• Monitor store activities using Target's video surveillance system.
• Prevent theft and assist with merchandise recoveries per AP policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, secure shopping environment.
