Sierra Space in Louisville, CO is seeking a Security Specialist II to support physical security and information protection across programs. You will manage access control, surveillance systems, and intrusion detection to safeguard personnel and property, and process security clearances in compliance with NISPOM.

The role requires 4+ years of security experience (or 2 years with a Bachelor's), strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

This role involves preparing and executing procedures and processes throughout different areas of the organization. The role offers valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will execute procedures and processes to provide physical protection for personnel and company property. You will utilize security technology such as cameras, access control systems, surveillance cameras, and intrusion detection systems to enhance security operations. Additionally, you will process security clearances for various programs, conduct and manage investigations related to security incidents, and perform interviews as part of these investigations.
