A security services company is looking for a Security Specialist I for visitor and access control management at a facility in Rhode Island. The role entails conducting visitor management, monitoring requests, and performing access control services, alongside ensuring compliance with security regulations. Ideally, candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. This position does not offer relocation assistance and requires background checks and drug testing.

Competenze

• Active Secret security clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commonly applied security principles.
• Ability to learn and perform the cited position's duties.

Mansioni

• Conduct visitor control tasking and manage access control.
• Monitor and process incoming visit requests.
• Perform visitor access control services and issue visitor badges.
• Manage user administration and user security.

Conoscenze

Ability to follow directions

Knowledge of security classification methods

Skills in inspections and investigations

Understanding of regulations and procedures
