Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Security Guard to protect residents, staff, and property. You will patrol facilities, monitor CCTV and access control, and respond to incidents with a visible, proactive security presence.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certifications (or eligibility to obtain within three months). Prior security or emergency services experience is preferred, with comprehensive benefits following eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security, law enforcement, emergency services, or related field experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or eligible to obtain within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive patrols to deter misconduct and ensure resident safety and security.
• Monitor security cameras and access control systems; respond to incidents and alarms.
• Provide prompt response to medical emergencies, fires, and security incidents while maintaining a visible security presence.
