Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking a Security Guard to protect residents, staff, visitors, and property.

You will conduct proactive patrols, monitor security cameras and access points, and handle life-safety systems to deter incidents and promote a safe environment. You will respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents with a visible presence while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or related field preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive patrols to ensure resident, staff, visitor, and property safety.
• Monitor security cameras and manage access control; respond to incidents.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter misconduct and support a safe environment.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents.
