Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a dependable team member to greet residents and visitors, monitor building security, and assist with daily operations at our community. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, coordinating with leadership, and supporting leasing activities when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus CPR/First Aid and Fire Safety training. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between locations, with opportunities for growth within our nationwide senior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Fire Safety and CPR/First Aid training are required.
• For travel between locations, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and monitors visitors and residents entering and leaving the building, logging entries.
• Monitors building exteriors and parking areas and reports abnormal findings to supervision.
• Locks doors on schedule and checks security and safety systems throughout the shift.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with disaster management per established protocol.
• Answers phone calls, directs inquiries, and takes messages as appropriate.
• May handle leasing inquiries after hours and assist the Director of Sales & Marketing as needed.
