Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is hiring a Security Guard to protect residents, staff, visitors, and property. You will patrol, monitor cameras, manage access, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe campus environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain within three months). Benefits include medical, retirement, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior security-related experience preferred (security, law enforcement, emergency services).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required or obtained within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of residents, team members, visitors and property through proactive patrols and visibility.
• Monitor security cameras, access control and other life-safety systems.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, fire alarms and security incidents to deter misconduct and maintain a secure environment.
