Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding what they need; resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner using the case management system.
• Conduct merchandise receipt checks and assist with theft prevention efforts according to policy.
• Utilize the video surveillance system and security protocols to maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain composure and coordinate with store leadership during crises and crowd events.
