Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state/local licensure requirements related to the position.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Respond to security incidents and document them promptly in the case management system.
• Promote a physical security culture across the store and exterior property.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support per AP policies.
• Submit appropriate documentation in the case management system following AP policies.
• Understand and use Target's video surveillance system.
• Adhere to safety policies and foster an ethical, compliant work environment.
