Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience in retail or security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests and assist with needs or issues.
• Prevent theft and monitor merchandise to reduce shrink.
• Document security incidents accurately in case management systems.
• Respond quickly to incidents and maintain a safe store environment.
• Use Target's video surveillance system to support investigations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold AP policies.
