Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them in finding what they need and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment by following AP policies and using de-escalation techniques.
• Document security incidents accurately and timely in the case management system.
• Operate Target's video surveillance system and contribute to theft prevention and recovery efforts.
