Job summary

Target is seeking a Security Specialist at our Stockton store to help protect guests, team members and assets. You will monitor surveillance, support crisis response, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements include 18+ years, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team. Training will cover Target's security processes and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Respond to security incidents and document them in the case management system.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and provide theft apprehension support as needed.
• Utilize Target's video surveillance system to monitor store activity and protect assets.
