Target is hiring a Security Specialist to help protect guests, team members, and assets at our Norridge store. You will participate in de‑escalation, incident documentation, and theft prevention, while using Target's surveillance systems and case management tools.

Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with needs to deliver a friendly experience.
• Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and support theft prevention.
• Use Target's video surveillance system to monitor activities.
• Submit documentation in the case management system following AP policy.
