Target is seeking a Security Specialist in Minnesota to help protect guests, team members and assets. You will deliver a friendly guest experience while upholding safety standards, respond to incidents, and document cases in Target's case management system.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training will build skills in de-escalation, surveillance, and loss prevention.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Work both independently and with a team
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
